The vulnerability of this work…

Last week I had the pleasure of coaching my friend and entrepreneur Tim Marner.

On Friday Tim created a video of his experience which blew me away. His ability to show himself at his most vulnerable and to be honest about the challenges he is facing says everything about the power of good men leading from the heart.

Tim’s video did just that.

After watching Tim’s video I could see so many areas where I am still playing it safe.

Where I have been holding myself back with showing the power of my work to the wider public.

A real fear of growing my online presence and being even more visible. Fears like what if people who don’t know me think I am weird? What if they are mean to me? What if people don’t get it?

But I know it’s time.

With the help of Tim and my team we will be focusing on getting the brand to be serving 1000 times more people over the next 2 years.

As Tim said to me, “It’s time to get on the dance floor this is your tune playing”.

So on I step.

I am scared but I am doing it anyway.

As always I will be sharing the journey there with all of you.

Despite the fear. Despite the resistance.

She moves.
