An exercise I do for the Summer holidays..
As you know I am a big advocate of intentionally using our energy to create what we want in our life.
Around this time of year (I did mine this morning) I write down how I want my July and August to feel.
I get out my journal and write in detail how the Summer is unfolding and how good it feels.
I write about…
⭐ How I feel in my body - what I eat, how I move
⭐ How the time with my children, friends, family, relationships feels and the kind of things we are doing together
⭐ How my business continues to thrive and how I feel about being supported by money over the Summer months
I send energy forwards for trips me and/or my kids are going on. I write about feeling safe, protected and happy.
I even write in detail about the day to day things… the people I meet, the way I feel when I wake up, the experience my kids have over The Summer.
Doing this creates an energetic set point for the two months ahead.
Months which can feel a bit more chaotic and where you are swept away by things.
It ensures I am open to magic and joy with very clear standards and beliefs around the way it gets to be.
I highly recommend trying it out, it creates so much magic.

Write in the present… I am so grateful that…
Be very detailed… you should be able to close your eyes and see and feel it in detail
Write what makes you feel good and it should feel like your body is being activated
Ask for what you truly want. It’s all available.
