You breathe slow and steadily, mirroring the beat of life…

Your body is so clever and it will tell you when you are in hustle mode and out of alignment, or in a receptive energy where you are open to receiving miracles…

Observe how it feels in your body when you are in and out of flow, and use the breath to guide yourself back to the present so that you can re-align. 

When you become an observer of your body you will notice when you need to ground down again and make changes, which will help you to stay committed to your path and mission with more ease.
