You are that brave...

It is not easy to listen to the niggle, the gnaw, the nudge that something is not right.

It can be destabilising to admit to ourselves that something feels off in an area of our lives.

We are conditioned to avoid discomfort so we bury our truth deep in our hearts.

We tell ourselves that we have read it wrong.

Or perhaps we don't really know.

Or we look outside of us and seek answers wherever we can.

Yet the feeling stays and as we try and numb and distract our connection to ourself diminishes.

For it is impossible to be deeply connected to yourself if you cannot hear your own truth.

I want you to know this, if something feels not right about an area of your life, you must honour that.

Those emotions, that nudge, is your higher self trying to get your attention.

What you will find is that a part of you that was born to lead is ready to step forwards.

But he/she appears in the moments of silence and surrender and not through the battle with your mind.

As you navigate the discomfort and turmoil that will come up as a result of changing something in your life - maybe your work, a relationship, a belief, a pattern... you will be able to access the part of you that knows something truer and more incredible exists.

Now this takes bravery.

The heart is brave. The throat is brave. Your soul is brave.

My mission this year is to free as many of you as I can from the chains of others, your conditioning or your circumstances.
