Nearly swallowed by the fear? Me too….

There are many times where fear has nearly swallowed me….

🖤 There is the time that I went to resign and I felt so full of fear that I was nearly sick...

🖤 The time that I found out that a coaching program I really wanted to be on was £10,000 and I had to get a loan out to afford it..

🖤 The time that my company pulled a £10k bonus I had been depending on and I left my job of 14 years with no safety net 

🖤 The time that I launched by first program and told a client that was paying me £70 p/hour that the new program was £2500 [she said that’s fine immediately]

🖤 The time I invested £20k on a coach on credit cards because I knew I needed to get to the next level and my ego resistance was just too much

🖤 The time that I scaled back all of 121s so that I could commit to serving more clients… clients that I wasn’t sure were going to come.

These are just some of the many moments where every part of my ego has yelled “RUN" or taunted me with ‘Things are fine as they are, you should be grateful, what about the money?" 

The thing is, it is in every one of these moments that I have had a choice. To give into the fear or to lean into it.

To give my power away or to take control of it.

Investments, up-levelling, starting a business, growing a business is uncomfortable. 

Sometimes it’s so consuming that every bit of us wishes that we could run away and hide and let’s face it… it is SO much easier to make excuses. Anything to stay in the comfort zone a bit longer….
