What lights you up?

When I first started my business I was doing a lot of corporate and business work. And I enjoyed it but what really lit me up was energy work and talking about spirituality.

I wanted to talk more about creating your business from a soul aligned place. That’s what lit me up.

If I knew earlier following my inner knowing would lead to such exponential growth and alignment I would have done it sooner.

Our bodies are amazing! They know when you are in or out of alignment. 

For today I want you to follow the joy. 

Follow what lights you up.

Follow what feels expansive. 

And listen to your body because on a cellular level your soul knows your true life’s purpose.

If you want to be more practical, get yourself a piece of paper and separate it into two columns. On one side write down everything you think you should do, and then on the other side write down what you desire and are lead to do. 

Notice the difference. Begin to lean more towards what intuitively feels aligned.
