Tracii's Story

I want to start by saying that I have never met such an inspirational woman, so compassionate, non-judgemental an objective listener and I’m so grateful for your work.
From the first time I met you I felt safe and I felt a connection (I will never forget sitting in The Garden sobbing into every napkin on the table but I left feeling like I was on the edge of something huge). I was in a massive life transition, I had left my ‘business baby’ behind in Scotland to be a mum to my real ‘baby’ back home where I grew up. I was directionless, juggling being a mum, business woman, boss, friend and daughter and I had completely lost my worth in the grind of it all.
I couldn’t have imagined the person I was about to become as a result of your guidance, but I knew I trusted you.

As we have come to the end of the Founder to Fruition program I am so focused on creating the life I want for myself but more importantly I now know my value and I have the self-belief to go far beyond what I imagined myself capable of achieving. I know I’m not even close to fulfilling my potential but it’s right for the stage I am at. I now have clarity on what matters to me and I know peace, joy, gratitude and freedom.

You always speak of the ‘ripple effect’ and your coaching has created such positivity in our family dynamic. There are so many shifts happening for us as a family that my husband can’t ignore what the universe is sending us. He’s always been sceptical but he can’t explain it and now he’s starting to make changes also! my son’s resilience is growing and when he finds his stride the world better watch out.

I will be forever grateful to you for giving me the tools to become the person I am meant to be. I am the most joyful I have been since I was a child and I am excited for the future.
