Are you planning adventures…
I am currently preparing for a big walk across The Scottish Highlands in early May.
Having completed The West Highland Way we are now embarking on the next leg - a 120 km walk along The Great Glen way over 4 days.
I couldn’t be more excited.
Walking, nature and travel are amongst my absolute favourite things to do. For me it’s the biggest shifter and activator of things.
I am also looking forward to the space.
Single parenting with Matt living in New York for 3 months has been rewarding and tiring in equal measure and I know I am craving some me time.
In many ways this trip feels like a bit of a pilgrimage and I am not sure why. My gut is it’s the final part of the shifting process I’ve been going through.
Plus it’s going to be a challenge for my body which has been the focus in 2024.
A reminder today to do things you love with people you love.
When I did my 2023 year end Masterclass with Jesse Itzler he talked about the importance of planning these special moments into your calendar in advance. To intentionally schedule adventures you wouldn’t otherwise do. This is one of them.
What adventure can you plan today?
Wish me luck!
